My name is Asiya Mehtar. I am the founder and CEO of Cookery Nerds Catering Company Limited. I started this company out of my love for exploration and experimentation. And what better (and safer) way to do both than with food!
The company’s motto is “A World of Flavors on Your Palate” and that is what we try to achieve through the weekly menus that take you on a trip of culinary exploration and experimentation around the world. As you explore this website and the weekly menus, we encourage you to try something new and enjoy the learning experience.

In the spirit of nerdiness, all dishes are made with quality, and sometimes, exotic ingredients using innovative culinary methods and cutting-edge technology. As a result, we can ensure the following:
  • No added MSG, artificial flavors, or preservatives.
  • All seafood and vegetables are purchased on a daily basis. We do not stock up on fresh ingredients.
  • The food is always prepared in a hygienic and sanitary kitchen.
  • Organic ingredients are used where we can.
  • Most of our food is halal and kosher suitable. We do not use pork in any of our dishes. Unless indicated otherwise, all dishes contain vegetable stock.
